Features: Long straight fruit (30-38 cm). Dark green colour. Waterish white pulp. The peel is waxy and smooth. Fruit with high uniformity, firmness and very digestible.

Presentation:

Features: Big round fruit. Of great importance is the cultivation of the Raf variety (French origin), it is harvested red or when the upper side is still marked in green. For very demanding customers for its size and flavour. It has an acceptable hardness.

Galia Melon Features: Round, green to yellow fruits. Greenish white pulp, good texture, sugar content with a minimum of 8 ° Brix. The average weight of the fruit is between 850 and 1900 grams. The new long life varieties have a more durable conservation, 1-2 º Brix more and with excellent pulp quality, being solid.

Cantaloupe Melon Features: Round fruits, slightly flat, light green or slightly grey. The weight is between 600 and 1200 grams. The pulp is salmon colour or less intense. Long life varieties are cultivated nowadays. This type of melon can have creamy smooth skin (usually) or wrinkled (more oval). At least 10 º Brix.

Features: Elongated oval fruits, weighing between 1.5 and 2.5 kg, medium sweet and reaching golden-yellow colours at maturity. Yellow white compact pulp, crispy and very sweet (minimum 10 º Brix). There are smoot and wrinkled skin varieties. Tasteful pulp. Good conservation. The most important varieties are Piel de Sapo, Category, Campiño without hormones.
